Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and photos of the garment within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup; please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.
Processing
Upon receiving the product at our Jaipur warehouse, our artisans will conduct a quality check to verify the condition of the fabric and embroidery.
Refund or Exchange
After a successful inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method, or your exchanged size will be dispatched within 48 hours.
